Subprocessors

To provide the Arcflux platform and related services (the "Services"), Arcflux, Inc. engages third-party sub-processors that may Process customer data on our behalf. This page lists those sub-processors. It supplements our Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, and the capitalized terms used here have the meanings given in the DPA.

We impose data-protection obligations on each sub-processor that are no less protective than those in our DPA, and we remain responsible for their performance.

Notice of changes

We may update this list as our Services evolve. To be notified before a new sub-processor begins Processing customer data, contact us at info@arcflux.ai. If you have a reasonable, data-protection-based objection to a new sub-processor, the process and remedies are described in our Data Processing Agreement.
